Vicki Thompson has 20+ years of experience in the diagnostics industry, including process purification, product development, and product optimization. At NOWDiagnostics, she directs development of production processes, technology transfer of diagnostics, and new product development. Ms. Thompson previously directed product development for ImmunoVision from 2003-2013, during which time she developed and improved 12 purification processes for native autoimmune antigens and aided in the development of 11 immunoassays. Ms. Thompson has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
