Lisa Nibauer was appointed CEO of NOWDiagnostics on April 5, 2026. She has over 35 years of experience leading global teams across functions, from start-up companies to operating units with $1.6 billion of annual revenue. Most of her career has been in healthcare where she is known for transforming businesses and developing innovations to solve unmet medical needs and deliver record sales and profits. Prior to NOWDiagnostics, Ms. Nibauer was the President of OraSure Diagnostics. Over her tenure, revenue increased over 300% with the development, production, and launch of a new rapid home test for COVID-19 in less than one year. Under her leadership, OraSure also secured multiple US Government contracts worth over $630 million and built a state-of-the-art factory. Prior to OraSure, Ms. Nibauer led worldwide teams at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), as VP/GM, Global Medication Delivery Solutions, leading a $1.6 billion portfolio of IV catheters, syringes and needles and as VP/GM, BD PreAnalytical Systems where she led the $1.3 billion global blood collection business. Prior to BD, she held general management, sales and marketing positions at Adlens Beacon Inc. (a Warburg-Pincus funded start-up in Vision Care), Schering-Plough Consumer Healthcare, and General Mills. Early in her career, Ms. Nibauer was a production supervisor and engineer in the chemical industry. Ms. Nibauer earned an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
