Vicki Thompson brings 21 years of experience in the autoimmune diagnostics industry to NOWDiagnostics.  Her knowledge included process purification, quality control, and research & development.  She has assisted in the development of production processes, technology transfer of diagnostics kit production, and improving quality control processes. She advanced from production scientist to director in a short period of time and was responsible for production processes including native antigen production, antibody purification, and material conjugations.  Vicki graduated with a B. Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
