Beth L. Cobb, MBA, Chief Operating Officer, has two decades of operational and financial management experience at academic healthcare and research organizations, and a longer career as a federally funded, staff scientist.   She is a skilled writer, contract negotiator, and clinical and research administrator.  She has years of experience implementing infrastructure, IT and businesses processes to promote and support growth.  In her capacity as COO, Ms. Cobb will partner with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s business strategy.  Her broad technical skillset, strong analytical skills and experience developing and executing a strategic plan, uniquely position her to deliver best-in-class operational management at NOWDx.
