Christopher Plaxton is a founder of ZBX Corporation where he focused on transaction acquisitions, negotiations and structuring in the commercial and operational aspects of the Corporation. Before entering the medical device market in 1994, he was a senior partner with the public accounting and consulting firm, Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), specializing in the provision of consulting, audit and Securities & Exchange Commission (US) and Ontario Securities Commission services to companies in the field of bio-pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Mr. Plaxton is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto.
